Come and join us at Sew Me School of Fashion and Design for our Kids Free Hand Embroidery Workshop. In this fun 2hr workshop you'll learn the basics of hand sewing while creating an amazing custom embroidered hoop ready to hang on the wall.
This class is suitable for children 8+.
What they'll learn:
- Basic sewing stitches
- Foundations of colour groups
- How to use and set up embroidery hoops
- Drawing and sketching designs
- Using coloured threads and yarns
All course material is provided, this includes:
- Thread
- Fabric and yarns
- Embroidery hoops
- Sewing essentials (scissors, chalk, rulers, etc.)
- and a super fun experience
No experience necessary you'll learn everything on the day.
